I’m excited to announce the release of my very first eCookbook written with three of my best dietitian friends. 4 Southern Staples, 4 Ways is packed with healthy regional recipes that will redefine your image of Southern food. Read on to learn more and purchase.
Healthy southern recipes just got easier! I just co-authored a digital cookbook with three of my favorite healthy food blogger friends Min from The Adventures of MJ and Hungryman, Rachael from Avocado a Day Nutrition and Meme from Living Well Kitchen. These women are all incredible registered dietitians, amazing cooks and I’m happy to call them my friends.
Now for a little background…
It all started last September at Blog Brûlée, a blog-changing conference. While enjoying the beauty of Vermont and learning more than I ever imagined, I instantly connected with these ladies. When I got back to Atlanta, I didn’t want the momentum to end. So I reached out to Min who reached out to Meme and Rachael and our little Blog Brûlée Mastermind group was formed. Noticing that we were all living in different parts of the south, the idea surfaced to do a cookbook that would share our unique perspective on southern cuisine but with a healthy twist. That’s how 4 Southern Staples, 4 Ways: 4 Nutritionists Redefine Southern Cuisine was born. And today I’m excited to share it with you!
Inside the book you’ll find 20 recipes featuring beans, greens, stone fruit and corn. You’ll get my easy Hoppin’ John Patties with a Southern-Style Salsa, Min’s Tex-Mex Chicken Enchiladas with Corn Avocado Salsa and Shrimp & Grits like you’ve never had from Rachael! Of course, we wouldn’t leave you without dessert, so we each contributed a favorite southern sweet including my Maple Ginger Blueberry Crumble and Meme’s NOLA style Bourbon Bread Pudding! Need a napkin already? Grab one and get your copy of 4 Southern Staples, 4 Ways here for only $4.99!
