Summer is the perfect time to commit to healthier eating. Fresh produce is abundant, cheap and easy to prepare. There’s more daylight and therefore more opportunities to be active outside. The days of hiding under layers of clothes are long gone – unless of course you’re a fan of heat stroke. Seriously… Atlanta heat is no joke.
I want you to get a jump start on your healthy eating goals during this more relaxed time of year. Throughout the summer, I will post a weekly healthy eating tip. Come back each week to get your tip and to ask questions. At the end of the summer, you’ll have mastered at least 12 healthy eating habits!
I’m here to help so I really want to hear from you. Tell me how you are using the tips. Make them your own and share.
Plus: Some lucky readers (who leave comments) will get a gift at the end of the summer. So, please share with your friends, buddy up for accountability and stay on track this summer and beyond. Connect with me on Twitter or Facebook or in the comments below!
Now because you probably have a date with a patio and a margarita right now, I’ll stop talking and give you the goods. Check out the first tip right here!
