Here are more reasons not to skip meals:

  • Breakfast skippers tend to weigh more.
  • Breakfast skippers tend to have other unhealthy habits like drinking too many sugary beverages and eating high calorie snacks.
  • Regular meals keep you energized throughout the day.
  • Skipping a meal during the day often leads to overeating at night (and poor sleep as a result).
  • You will feel better. I promise!
