Citrus is in season for a little longer… I know. You’re thinking, I get oranges anytime I want. This is true. But right now, when it’s ridiculously cold outside citrus fruits are at their very best. It’s a reminder that California and Florida are always just a plane ride away for a bit of warm and sunny respite.
