Maple Pumpkin Mousse

Cool and creamy balanced by the warm flavors of cinnamon and pumpkin, this recipe will ease you into fall with plenty of time to spare. It takes just 5 minutes to get it into the freezer.

This is a no-cook dessert. Though the heat of the summer is behind us, we still get some warm days here in the south. So it’s still nice to have a cool, no-bake dessert on hand for fall.

Coming up with an early fall dessert challenged me to reach beyond cool fruity granitas, fresh peaches with cream and yogurt pops. Be sure to check those out during the warmer months!

I’ve never tried whipping yogurt before, but love the idea to whip it up and fold in the pumpkin mixture-delicious! This sounds perfect for fall 🙂
