Apple Cider Mocktail

This apple cider mocktail made with fresh ginger, fresh apples and ginger beer, is a refreshing drink that's also easy to make! It's the perfect non-alcoholic drink for parties!

Ingredients

  • 1 inch piece Fresh ginger
  • 24 oz. No-sugar-added apple cider
  • 8 oz. Ginger beer
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Apple slices, for garnish and eating

Instructions

  • Using a muddler, press the fresh ginger in the bottom of a large shaker or jar until the ginger is fragrant. Add the cider to the shaker. Shake.
  • Place ice in glasses. Add 6 ounces of the cider to each glass. Top each with 2 ounces of ginger beer. 
  • Garnish with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
