Homemade Hemp Milk

Learn to make your own hemp milk in 5 minutes with just 4 ingredients! This creamy plant based milk is the perfect substitute for dairy milk and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 4 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Puree until smooth and creamy. Pour the milk into a sieve or nut milk bag. This step is optional but it does help to create a smoother, creamier milk.
  • Funnel the milk into a jar or other container with a lid. Store sealed in the refrigerator, 3-5 days.

TIPS:
Use a high-powered blender if possible. You can absolutely use a regular blender but a high-powered one will break down the hemp seeds in seconds for smooth and creamy hemp milk.
Strain it. Use an optional sieve or nut milk bag to strain the milk for creamier, smoother milk!
Create your own flavored milk. Blend in cocoa powder, fresh or freeze-dried strawberries, a little espresso, or vanilla extract, and chill for fun flavors that taste a little like dessert!
Store sealed in the refrigerator 3-5 days. Shake well before serving.
