White Bean and Rosemary Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can no salt added white navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Place beans,rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process 2 to 3 minutes, then remove lid and scrape down sides of the bowl with a spatula. Pulse an additional minute, or until desired texture is reached. 
    Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 3 to 5 days.
