Creamy Maple Cashew Coffee

Learn how to make cashew coffee and warm up with this decadent maple cashew brew. It's creamy without any cream and just sweet enough from a little pure maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 2 cups quality brewed coffee*
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender that 's designed for blending hot drinks. Blend until smooth. Pour and serve immediately.

Notes

* For the coffee: Use the best you have. I don’t have a coffee maker but will occasionally buy cold brew concentrate to keep in the fridge. Use a one to one ratio coffee concentrate to warm water or make it this maple cashew coffee even more creamy using your favorite milk.
You can also add more maple syrup if you want a sweeter drink.
