Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ cup plain kefir
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
  • ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
