Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup plain, vanilla, or honey kefir
  • ½ cup water or coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional, based on berry sweetness and if using sweetened kefir)

Instructions

  • Add the oats to a high-powered blender. Blend to grind the oats. 
  • Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.

Notes

If you have a powerful blender, you can add all ingredients at once and blend. I just wanted to give a heads up since some blenders may need a little extra help breaking down the oats.
