Ingredients
¼cupoats
½cupplain, vanilla, or honey kefir
½cupwater or coconut water
1cupfrozen blueberries
2tablespoonshelled hemp seeds
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
1teaspoonpure maple syrup (optional, based on berry sweetness and if using sweetened kefir)
Instructions
Add the oats to a high-powered blender. Blend to grind the oats.
Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
Notes
If you have a powerful blender, you can add all ingredients at once and blend. I just wanted to give a heads up since some blenders may need a little extra help breaking down the oats.
