Sparkling Watermelon Lime Slush

This watermelon slush with lime gets its sparkle from a hit of coconut sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen ripe watermelon cubed
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • 1-1½ cups coconut sparkling water (I used a can of coconut LaCroix)

Instructions

  • Add the ripe watermelon cubes and lime juice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour in 1 cup sparkling water. Blend just to combine. Add more sparkling water to reach the desired consistency.
  • Pour. Enjoy!
  • NOTE: I didn't need any sugar in this recipe because the watermelon I got was very sweet. Feel free to add a little honey or your favorite sweetener if your watermelon is not super sweet.
