  • ¼ cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 cup chilled coconut water, or more to thin
  • 1 inch knob ginger, peeled
  • ½ cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks


  • Add all ingredients (in order) to a blender. Puree until smooth. This yields a hearty smoothie for 1 or two small smoothies!
