Ingredients

chopped kale

small ripe banana

unsweetened or plain almond milk

tablespoon
chopped almonds

ice cubes

ground flax or chia seeds

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. It may take up to a minute or an additional splash of milk.

The optional flax or chia seeds add heart healthy fats and fiber to help you feel full longer while delivering many health benefits.
