Private Nutrition Consulting

I am a functional and integrative dietitian with a focus on culinary nutrition and communications. My background in weight management, cardiovascular nutrition, and diabetes provides a solid foundation to help you prevent chronic disease.

Hire me for:

  • Food and nutrition lifestyle makeovers
  • A personalized plan to get you on track to a healthier lifestyle. Packages include options home and work, as well as social and behavioral assessments to deliver a comprehensive plan of action.
  • Personal cooking classes (for select clients).
  • Individual nutrition consults via phone, online or in-person by appointment only.  Sorry, but we are not taking new clients at this time. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified when this changes and check out the Black Dietitians I like to refer to.

I don’t accept health insurance. All services are self-pay.

NOTE: If you are looking for a strict diet. I am not a good fit. I work with clients long-term to see long-term results.
